If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction; you may not assign without our prior written consent. No waiver of any breach is a waiver of any other breach. These Terms (including policies and supplemental terms referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter. Headings are for convenience only. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
